Finished Tortuga - Happy PPF

I knew this tattooed tortuga needed something - like flowers in her hair - I know she doesn't have hair.  But that shouldn't stop her from dressing up!  I believe she is now done.  She makes me smile and I like that.  Linking up to Paint Party Friday  Thanks for stopping by here and go check out the fabulous art at PPF.
