A little more on the thirsty bird

This has been such an interesting process for me.  I'm an impatient artist - want a finished product immediately.  However - posting my progress has slowed me down - and that's a good thing. It's given me a more critical eye - don't mean that in a bad way -it's helped me to see where I need to focus on this project.  So - there is some more tweaking to do.  Need to work some more on shadows and I think I hid the text a little too well - so maybe a little gentle sanding.  I so appreciate your taking the time to look and your comments.  Thanks for stopping by.
