Week 4 Strawberry Lemonade

I'm a little early (as opposed to the usual very very late) but here is week 4 for Summer of Color2.  The background is Dylusion ink, and acrylic paint with some stenciling.  I drew the fish with black ink and colored with black ink, Copic markers, with some PanPastels thrown in for good measure.  This fish is blowing lemonade bubbles - why not?  Hopefully I will get a chance to do more this week - had a good day of work in my studio (making more pins) and then my fish.  Even got to clean up our master bedroom closet!!!  Who says you can't do art and housework.  Thanks for stopping by.  I would love it if you left a comment.

  1. Sounds like many of us are so busy but we always find that creative time to do our hearts desire and make some art. I love that wonderful fish you did. very geometric and modern and I bet it will be popular with many people.

  2. I cleaned my closet, too, this week, and it felt so good! Sometimes (not all the time, mind you) housework inspires me--feels almost creative, too!

    1. I love that i can actually find things in there - it had become like a small room to dump stuff! I think it frees up my creativity to get a job like that done!
