Woody continues

I am a really impatient and often very rule bound person.  I think it's my love of messing around with "finger" painting and collage that saves me from being a real artistic "stiff"  This has been a new experience for me - painting without safety lines!  I just realized - especially when painting slightly more realistically (and this is as realistic as I get) that the lines make the painting stiff - after all how many animals or people have black lines around them?  LOL.  Sometimes outlines are good - but I'm finding it freeing to work without them.  I will try to post updates as I go along.  Helps me to keep a history of my work as well.  Thanks so much for visiting - if you like please leave a comment.  I love to hear from you.  Have a blessed and art filled day!

  2. Thanks Diana - that was the first time I had ever seen one that close. Some people hate the noise - but I kind of like it.
