Chip Mint Tree!

Just a tree sketch colored with Copic markers.  It does seem to fit the Colors of Summer2 chip mint theme.  I love to color with these markers - I had them for such a long time without using them much.    Sketching and drawing at night helps to keep the munchies away - LOL.  If you are interested in joining in the Colors of Summer2 - here is the link:  http://twinkletwinklelikeastar.blogspot.com/2012/06/summer-of-color-week-one.html

  2. Ooh you are quick off the mark - am still trying to get my entry finished!

Love Copics but need to practise a LOT :D You seem to get on great with them. Can I ask what paper you use? Am yet to find one where they don't bleed or feather.

    1. I probably had them for 3 years before I really started using them - This pic is done in a in my Visual journal which has smooth surface Bristol paper in it. Bristol paper works great but I also have white cardstock from Walmart that I use - the colors bleed through but don't feather. The markers are actually not hard to use - you just need to practice a bit. They blend really well. Thanks for the comment.
